  • May cause:
    • severe agranulocytosis, potentially fatal, regardless of dose or duration of treatment; 
    • allergic reactions, anaphylactic shock.
  • Pregnancy: CONTRA-INDICATED
  • Breast-feeding: CONTRA-INDICATED
